To amplify Afghanistan’s silenced civil society and exiled communities, suppressed since the Taliban’s return in 2021, we advocate for an inclusive, diverse & democratic civil society forum. In the absence of a legitimate government, Western nations pledged to consult civil society. Committed to this principle, the forum seeks a holistic international engagement to address urgent issues, such as human rights, terrorism, governance, the denial of education for girls and women, among others. For this purpose, therefore, Mosaic has been at the forefront of establishing the New Afghanistan Democratic Forum (NAD-Forum)
