Introduction
Mosaic is a British-registered charity that promotes refugee integration, social cohesion, and equality in the UK. Mosaic also focuses on fostering peaceful coexistence among communities around the globe. We do this by promoting human rights, diversity, and pluralism in Afghanistan and the rest of
Central Asia.
Mosaic engages with policymakers, academics, experts, civil rights activists, journalists, and relief workers to promote our mission and ideals by creating spaces for dialogue and through our Cambridge Afghanistan Series (CAS) of global conferences.
Our name, Mosaic, reflects this spirit of unity through diversity.
Since 2021, refugees from Afghanistan have fled the Taliban regime because they have been barred from public work, stripped of basic rights, and denied the ability to earn a livelihood. Many fear for their safety. Mosaic is working to restore refugees' dignity by giving them advice and guidance. Mosaic is helping people to integrate and thrive in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Mosaic and its partners are working to ensure that all refugees, irrespective of their national background, are not forgotten, that their voices continue to be heard, and that they can lead successful lives.
Every donation makes a real difference.

Who We Are
Together in Diversity, Stronger in Unity, Boundless in Peace
Welcome to Mosaic Global Foundation. In August 2022, it was originally formed as a non-profit and later established as a charity in the United Kingdom following the Taliban’s return to power in Afghanistan in August 2021.
We are focused on building partnerships which promote peace and cooperation in Central Asia to leave a legacy for future generations. In the UK, we focus on refugee integration and community cohesion.
Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution
The Comprehensive Composite Roadmap (CCR) is officially launched as a unified, people-centred framework for Afghanistan's future. Emerging from a rare convergence across Afghanistan's political and civic landscape, the CCR consolidates shared principles: popular sovereignty, human rights, equality, constitutional legitimacy, inclusive governance, and stability - into a single, transparent roadmap.
Convened by Mosaic Global Foundation and developed by Afghanistan's actors themselves, the CCR moves beyond parallel declarations to offer a living reference point for dialogue, diplomacy, and future constitutional processes.
